Blitzz Marketing Review (2026)
The cheapest HARO packages we found, from a Canadian healthcare-marketing agency for which journalist outreach is one service among many. Low prices and named platforms are offset by a half-finished website and no verifiable placements.

Overview
Blitzz Marketing, legally Clarient Solutions Inc., is a generalist agency in Mississauga, Ontario that leans towards healthcare and med-spa clients, with around 45 medical specialty pages, plus SEO, paid ads, social, web design and AI automation. HARO link building is a single service page, published in September 2025 under the digital PR heading. The domain was registered in May 2025; the owner is identified only as “Kavitha A.” and the site positions itself as a New York agency although the only address is in Mississauga.
What they sell
- Starter: $600 for 5 links, DR 50–75, one to two months.
- Exclusive: $1,000 for 10 links, DR 50–80, one to three months.
- Supreme: $1,400 for 15 links, DR 45–90, three to four months.
Links below DR 40 are described as complimentary, and the agency says you pay only when links are delivered. A separate, unlinked pricing page sells “guaranteed placement” PR plans from $199 to $999 a month, which read like paid placements rather than earned coverage.
Pricing and terms
At roughly $93–$120 per link this is far below the $220–$520 that most HARO-style vendors charge, which is either a bargain or a warning sign. Nothing on the site resolves which: there is no refund policy, no replacement policy, no do-follow commitment, no statement of currency and no definition of what counts as a delivered “link”. The terms-of-service page is an unedited template that still reads “State of [Your State]” and misspells the agency’s own domain.
Process and platforms
The agency says it writes the pitches and monitors HARO, Source of Sources, Help a B2B Writer, Qwoted, Featured, Muck Rack, Prowly, Cision One and X. That is the longest platform list of any agency we reviewed, and the owner does have a live Qwoted source profile and was quoted in a Connectively roundup in April 2025, which supports at least part of the claim. Reporting is per placement with DR and traffic figures.
Placement evidence
The site claims “900+ featured backlinks”, “50+ clients” and a “99% success” rate, and shows a logo strip including BBC, Yahoo, Healthline and Kiplinger. There are no placement URLs, no case studies and no named clients, so none of it can be checked.
Reputation and trust signals
No reviews exist on Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, DesignRush, Google or Reddit as of October 22, 2026. The About, Team, Careers and Success pages still carry the demo copy of the WordPress theme the site was built with, including a fictional agency history, a fictional team and “5,000+ reviews”. The site’s structured data and footers identify the organisation as helpMDs, a sister brand whose own domain has since become a medical-billing site. There is a real address, real phone numbers and a press release, and ScamAdviser rates the domain as likely safe with low traffic.
Support and reporting
Month-to-month terms, phone and email contact, and per-placement reports. No dashboard or account-manager promise is made.
Verdict
Blitzz Marketing may suit a healthcare or local brand that wants to try journalist-request links for a few hundred dollars and can tolerate uncertainty. For anyone else, the missing terms, the template-filled website and the absence of a single verifiable placement outweigh the low price. If you do test it, pay for the smallest package, ask for live placement URLs from a previous client first, and confirm in writing that only do-follow links from the promised DR range will be billed.
Pros
- Lowest published prices in the category, from $600 for five links
- Pay-on-delivery wording and complimentary sub-DR-40 links
- Longest platform list of any agency reviewed, partly verifiable via Qwoted
- Month-to-month, no long-term contract
- Real address, phone numbers and a press release
Cons
- No refund, replacement, do-follow or currency terms; template terms of service
- No placement URLs, case studies or named clients
- About, team and success pages are theme demo copy
- No independent reviews as of October 2026
- HARO is a sideline for a healthcare marketing agency
