Cookie policy

Last updated October 22, 2026

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses very few, and none for advertising.

Cookies we set

  • Caching cookies (LiteSpeed Cache). Used to serve pages quickly and to remember whether you have a cached or uncached version. Strictly necessary.
  • Form protection. Our forms may set a short-lived token to prevent spam submissions. Strictly necessary.
  • WordPress cookies. Set only if you log in to the site, which readers do not need to do.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Third-party embeds

Some pages may embed content from other services (for example a scheduling tool or a video). Those services may set their own cookies when the embed loads.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make parts of the site slower or stop forms from working.
