HARO Links Builder Review (2026)
A young, London-registered agency run by a Pakistan-based founder with a verifiable freelance record. Clear and affordable packages and a money-back promise, but no written terms, no independent reviews and a company file that needs attention.

Overview
HARO Links Builder sells one service, journalist-request link building, under the line “Transparent pricing. Guaranteed links. Zero risk.” The domain was registered in September 2024 and the UK company, HARO Links Builder Ltd, in July 2025. Its sole director, Sheraz Ali Bahleem, is resident in Pakistan; the London address is a serviced virtual office in East Ham. The founder’s “six-plus years of HARO experience” refers to his freelance work on Upwork, where his profile is Top Rated Plus with a 5.0 rating from around two dozen reviews.
Three colleagues are named on the site (operations, growth and an outreach specialist). The brand is easy to confuse with HARO Link Building and Haro Builder; listicles routinely mix them up, and they are unrelated companies.
What they sell
- Starter: $1,250 for 5 links, DR 40–70.
- Premium: $2,300 for 10 links, DR 40–90, priority query matching.
- Growth: $3,000 for 15 links, DR 40–90, plus competitor gap analysis.
All plans include a dedicated account manager, daily query monitoring, pitch writing, linking sites with 5,000+ monthly visits and a full link report. Guest posts and niche edits are not sold here; the homepage links out to a separate site for those.
Pricing and terms
At $200–$250 per link in prepaid packages, pricing is in line with Outreaching.io and a little above HARO Link Building’s per-link rate, and it is laid out clearly. The problem is everything around it. The site promises a money-back guarantee “if we don’t deliver” and says you “pay only when we successfully place links”, yet the plans are fixed up-front prices and the order pages are enquiry forms with no payment terms. The words refund, replace, do-follow and no-follow do not appear anywhere, and the Privacy Policy and Terms links in the footer go nowhere. DR ranges also wander between DR 40–70, 40–90, 60–90 and “60–94” depending on the section.
Process and platforms
You complete an onboarding brief, pitching starts within 24–48 hours, and queries are checked three times a day across HARO, Help a B2B Writer, Source of Sources, Qwoted and Featured. For the first one or two weeks you review pitches, after which the account runs on “autopilot” unless you want to stay involved. That early-approval window is a sensible middle ground that neither of the two higher-ranked agencies offers. The founder has a live Qwoted profile with published quotes, which supports the platform claim.
Placement evidence
The site claims 1,000+ links and 100+ clients and shows a logo strip of publications from Forbes to Healthline. The three case studies are anonymous and undated (for example DR 3 to 39 in nine months, and a “22,000%” traffic increase), and their figures do not always add up. Six on-site testimonials include at least one real, traceable person. No live placement URLs are published, so we could not verify link quality ourselves.
Reputation and trust signals
There are no reviews on Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Google or Reddit as of October 22, 2026. The company file at Companies House shows an active proposal to strike off and an overdue confirmation statement, which is usually paperwork rather than wrongdoing, but it is the kind of thing a buyer prepaying $3,000 should ask about. The strongest trust signal is the founder’s public Upwork record, which is more than most new agencies can show.
Support and reporting
A dedicated account manager, per-link reports, weekly updates and a claimed live dashboard showing pitches, journalist replies and published links. WhatsApp and Calendly booking are offered for contact.
Verdict
HARO Links Builder is a reasonable way for a startup to test journalist-request links at a known price, with the comfort of reviewing pitches for the first fortnight and a founder whose freelance history you can check. It is held back by the absence of written terms, the empty legal pages, the company file and the lack of any independent reviews. If you proceed, get the refund and do-follow policy in writing, confirm the company’s filing status, and ask for two live placement URLs before paying.
